NOFC (Organization and Operation Rules of the Center)

The Education Law of Catalonia (LEC) establishes that one of the organizational principles by which the educational system must be governed must be the autonomy of each center. Therefore, the present Regulations for the Organization and Operation of Centers have been reviewed and updated by the Management Team with the contribution of criteria and proposals by the teachers, duly approved in a session of the Senate and the School Council in December 2025.
